Planning a conference, meeting, party or team building event
Let us relieve the pressure of organising a conference or managing an event by allowing us to do the leg work for you. But feel rest assured we will keep you involved at every stage of the process:
Getting to know you We feel it's important to gain a full understanding of your business and take a detailed brief of your requirements. From this we will establish your purpose, the number of delegates, location, space and accommodation requirements, date, time, catering needs and numerous other factors.
Casting out the net We will then search our database for a minimum of three suitable venues in terms of relevance and cost, checking availability in the process.
Presentation time You will be presented with a number of venues to choose from. Once we have spoken to you we can make reservations or arrange a viewing of the venue before you make your decision.
Liasing with your venue Once you have confirmed your location we will write to the venue and give them your requirements including delegate numbers and dates. The venue will then forward a day planner, contract and terms and conditions directly to you.
Finalising the numbers Closer to the arrival date of the conference or meeting, the hotel will ask for further details regarding break and lunch times, confirm booking details and ask for a rooming list for the bedrooms. Final numbers will need to be confirmed 2 weeks prior to arrival.
Post event feedback After the event, we will be in touch to find out how your event went and would be grateful of any feedback about the hotel so we can ensure that the next event is even better than the last.
Tailor-made events In addition to finding the right venue, we will also assist with any bespoke event organising such as assisting you with all the organisational aspects from arranging venue decorations to providing directions for your guests.
